งานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Vtuber (ทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศ) นิยาย สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ หรือ อะไรก็ตามที่สามารถนำผลงานไปต่อยอดจนก่อให้เกิดรายได้ได้ จะนับว่าเป็นงานเชิงพาณิชย์ทั้งสิ้น

ในงานเชิงพาณิชย์ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ที่จะสามารถนำงานไปใช้ได้อย่างอิสระ โดยไม่แอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้สร้างผลงานเอง

สามารถแก้งานหลังขั้นตอนตัดเส้นเสร็จแล้วได้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้ง หากมากกว่า 2 ครั้งจะคิดราคาเพิ่มเริ่มต้นครั้งละ 100.-

หลังจากทำการส่งภาพร่างแล้วกรุณาโอนเงินจำนวนเต็มภายใน 3 วัน หากมากกว่านั้นจะขอทำการยกเลิกคิวทันทีโดยอาจจะไม่มีการแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า (กรณีมีเหตุจำเป็นสามารถแจ้งก่อนได้)

จะนำงานที่ติดลายน้ำไปเผยแพร่ในช่องทาง SNS และ พอร์ตงานต่างๆ ในกรณีไม่ต้องการโปรดแจ้งให้ทราบตั้งแต่ก่อนเริ่มงาน

ผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์จะปฏิเสธการรับงานโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งสาเหตุให้ทราบ หรือสามารถยกเลิกงานในกรณีที่รู้สึกไม่สบายใจ คิดว่าไม่สามารถที่จะทำต่อได้ (ทั้งจากทางตัวผู้วาดหรือผู้จ้างวาน)

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานของเราไปใช้ใน NFTs, Opensea, AI และอื่นๆในเครือเดียวกัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นงานในขั้นตอนใดก็ตาม หากมีการพบเจอ/พบเห็น หรือรับรู้ จะทำการ ปรับทันที 5,000.- พร้อมทั้งติด Blacklist ประกาศลงใน SNS ส่วนตัวของเราทันที

All works related or for VTubers, Novel book or anything that can make profit will be charged as commercial prices.

Customers can freely use the commissioned work. But please don't claim to be the creator of the work itself.

You are allowed to edit the work twice after the line art process finish. For any further editing, there will be an additional charge at least $3 per edit.

After submitting the sketch, please transfer full payment within 3 days. If you fail to do so, your order will be cancelled immediately without notice. (In case of any delay payments, please contact me.)

Every finish artworks, will be watermarked and published on my various social media channels as examples of my work and my proflio. If you prefer me not to, please let me know before start working.

I have the right to refuse any job for any reason that makes me feel uncomfortable or I might not be able to fullfill it.

DO NOT use my commission for NFTs, Opensea or any AI related generator or other. No matter what process of the work, if found/seen or known, you have to pay for me 200 usd and you will be blacklisted.
